Ordering

  • All items are made to order. Please allow sufficient notice when placing an order  typically all orders are dispatched every Thursday. Collection can be discussed via email cakesbycakebite@mail.com

  • Your order is only confirmed once we have acknowledged it via email or message and, where required, received payment or deposit.

  • Custom orders may require longer lead times.

Payments

  • Payment details will be provided at the time of ordering.

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (or deposit, if agreed).

  • We currently accept Visa bank, Paypal and ApplePay

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Brownie, blondie and cupcake orders cancelled more than 72 hours before collection/delivery may be eligible for a refund or credit note.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of collection/delivery are non-refundable, as ingredients and preparation will have begun.

  • Refunds are not issued for change of mind or taste preferences.

  • Bespoke cake orders need to be cancelled 7 days in advance due to pre-ordered items.

Allergies and Dietary Information

  • All our products are vegan and eggless.

  • While every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, soy, and other allergens.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing an order.

Collection and Delivery

  • Collection is available from Coventry (exact address provided upon confirmation).

  • Local delivery may be available within Coventry and surrounding areas for an additional fee.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time. We cannot accept responsibility for items left unattended.

Product Quality and Storage

  • Our bakes are made fresh and are best consumed within 2–4 days of collection.

  • Store cupcakes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a airtight container.

  • As all items are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, or decoration may occur.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

  • We aim to keep all information accurate, but prices and availability may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

We take great care to ensure product quality and safety, but we cannot be held liable for:

  • Improper storage or handling of items after collection/delivery.

  • Reactions due to undisclosed allergies or dietary restrictions.

  • Delays or issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g. severe weather, delivery disruptions).

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled under UK jurisdiction.
